Public Internet Access, Wireless and Internet Training

Public Internet Access Computers

The library provides nine high-speed Public Access Computers for access to the Internet and word processing. One computer is equipped with ZoomText and Jaws for the visually impaired.

Coin-operated print station: black and white $.20 per sheet, colour $.50 per sheet.

One session per day for a maximum of one hour, for patrons with a valid Bracebridge Public Library card.

Guest cards for non-members available at $2.00 per session.

Guest cards for our Express terminal will be offered at no charge. This terminal may be used for one session per day for up to 20 minutes.

Users must agree to the terms of the Library’s Public Computer & Electronic Device Access Registration and User Agreement . A parent or guardian's authorization is required for children who have not yet begun high school.

Wireless Printing

Wireless @ Your Library

Wireless access is now available at our location at 94 Manitoba Street. This service will be available during regular library hours and is free to those with a valid Bracebridge Public Library card. Visitors can acquire a special access code for a $2.00 fee. Internet access is also available on the library's public computers, free to library cardholders or $2.00 for a guest card.

1-on-1 tech training - offered year round!

Individual computer or internet training is back and now offered year round. One-hour sessions will be suited to what you would like to learn; including but not limtied to help with email, social media, downloading ebooks, iPads, cloud storage & more.
